Ghanaian striker scores for Astana in 3-0 away win over Kaiser Kyzylordia

The 22-year old Ghanaian poacher opened the scoring for the Blue and Yellow in the 28th minute to give his side the lead.

Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi was on target for FC Astana in their 3-0 away win over Kaiser Kyzylordia in the Kazakhstan Premier League on Saturday.

Astana doubled their advantage through Belarusian international Ivan Mayevskyi in the 34th minute to take a huge step in gaining the maximum points.

In the 76th minute, the away side were awarded a penalty after Didar Dazhalmu was shoved off the ball by Kaiser defender Graf, which was expertly converted by Roman Murtazayev to wrap up the win.

The win takes Astana to the top of the table with 22 points after 9 nine, with a game in hand.
