Hull FC players dominated the Super League Dream Team line-up when the selection was announced on Monday.

A total of six players from KCOM Stadium club made the cut, including Man of Steel nominees Gareth Ellis and Danny Houghton.

Castleford Tigers' Denny Solomona, who has scored 40 tries this season and is also up for the award, was unsurprisingly included, along with the likes of Ben Currie and Kurt Gidley – two of the nine debutants in the Dream Team.

Hull play Wigan Warriors in Friday's play-off semi-final, with Warrington Wolves facing St Helens in the other showdown.
