Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval is expected to sign a bill on Monday designed to raise $750million for construction of a new stadium in Las Vegas for the Raiders.

But the Raiders remain committed to the Oakland Coliseum for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

"We want to bring a Super Bowl championship back to the Bay Area," Davis told ESPN.

Twenty-four of the 32 owners must approve any franchise relocation. They have a regularly scheduled meeting next week in Houston, which Davis is traveling to on Tuesday and is expected to ask for permission to move his franchise.

The Raiders have one-year options to stay in the Coliseum for the 2017 and 2018 seasons while the proposed stadium is under construction in Las Vegas.
