The European Open will only be contested over 54 holes after fog caused morning delays for the third day in succession on Saturday.

Weather disruptions accounted for the loss of almost seven hours on Thursday and Friday, with day three suspended for three hours due to mist.

Multiple players were unable to start their second round before Saturday afternoon, with the decision taken to cut the tournament short.

The final round will not begin before 09:00 local time on Sunday.
