Oklahoma City and New Orleans squared off after Thunder assistant and former Pelicans head coach Monty Williams' wife died on Wednesday following a fatal car crash.

Thunder star Kevin Durant was in tears pre-game and Russell Westbrook did his best to pay tribute by almost posting a triple-double in Oklahoma City.

On the final day of action before the weekend's All-Star event in Toronto, Westbrook scored 23 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds as the Thunder won for the 14th time in 16 outings.

Durant chipped in with 23 points.
