Ghanaian club strike deal with Turkish business magnate

Ghana Premier League club New Edubiase land new sponsorship deal.

Ghana Premier League side New Edubiase has secured sponsorship a deal with Turkish business magnate Mr Bahrain Demirbilek.

The deal which will boost the club’s financial muscles was brokered by the vice-President of the Bekwai based club Carl Wilson.

On many occasions the club threatened to pull out of the ongoing Ghana Premier League over financial constraints.

“We have been experiencing serious financial challenges of late and it is not easy to play in a league without sponsorship. That’s why we decided to invite people to come on board to help, and it was my business dealings in Turkey that got me into contact with Mr Demirbilek who readily agreed to come on board,” Wilson told Daily Graphic.
