Ghana striker starts pre season training with Crystal Palace
Appiah, 25, suffered a troubling anterior cruciate ligament injury while training with the Ghana national team in June 2015 in Accra and has been in the treatment room since the unfortunate happening.

The Ghanaian who trained with his teammates for the first time since his recovery tweeted:
Crystal Palace will spend fifteen days in the USA and play three friendly matches against Philadelphia Union on 13th July, FC Cincinnati on 16th July and the third against LVancouver Whitecaps FC three days later.
