The former FC Porto, Inter Milan and Real Madrid boss was sacked by Premier League Champions Chelsea which ended his second stint at the club last December.
The Portugal international has been linked with a move to Manchester United since his departure from Stamford Bridge. His competition for the role at Old Trafford, Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola has officially been announced to take over Manchester City next season.
