Black Stars to play South Africa on October 11

The Black Stars will face Bafana Bafana immediately after their World Cup qualifying opener against Uganda on October 7 in Tamale.

The South African Football Association have confirmed that the Bafana Bafana will host Ghana in a friendly match at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on October 11.

The match that will serve as preparation for the upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, with Ghana facing Ugandan whiles South Africa will lock horns with Burkina Faso.

"...Bafana Bafana will face the Black Stars of Ghana (Tuesday, 11 October) in an international friendly match that will be played at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban," a statement on South Africa's FA website reads.

"Kickoff is at 19h00 and tickets are already on sale at R80 all round. They can be purchased at Computicket, Shoprite and Checkers."

The Black Stars will face Bafana Bafana immediately after their World Cup qualifying opener against Uganda on October 7 in Tamale which Ghana travels to Egypt for the second game in November.

Congo will visit Ghana for the third qualifier in September 2017 before the Black Stars embark on two away matches against Congo and the Uganda in September and November 2017 respectively.
