Ghanaian striker grabs first goal in Norwegian top flight

The 22-year-old scored the final goal from the spot kick in the 74th minute.

Ghanaian forward Gilbert Koomson netted his first goal of the season in the Norwegian top flight for Sogndal in their 4-1 win over Staebek on Wednesday.

A Sayouba Mande's own goal the scoring in the 19th minute gave Sogndal the lead before Bendik Bye grabbed the second just after the break.

It was three-zero by the 56th minute with another goal from Bye But Switzerland star Alex Nimley pulled one back for Staebek.

Koomson is in his third with the club and has featured in all of their two matches.
