Strange substance smeared on Kotoko bus sparks juju claims

Asante Kotoko bus smeared with strange substance after arrival in Techiman for the Ghana Premier League game.

Ghana’s top flight football took a break after the first round of the competition. The break has seen teams make certain decisions to enable them end their season on the high with the second round of the Ghana Premier League, notably Accra Hearts of Oak parting ways with their Japanese-American coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi.

As teams refined their tactics, strengthened their squads and found new game plans both on the road and at home, some were probably finding ways to disarm their opponents tactically even before they took to the football pitch.

A strange case is the first second Ghana Premier League round game between Techiman City and Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
