Nuhu twins disappointed over Ashanti Gold's sacking
Nuhu Alhassan and Fuseini Nuhu are disappointed about AshGold's decision to release them.

The duo’s contract was terminated by the Obuasi based club last Friday ahead of the 2016 Ghana Premier League after spending just a season at the club.

“Last Friday, the Team Manager called us and said the club has handed over our release letter to him. That was the only thing he told us and up till now nobody has said anything to us again. When the call came from the Team Manager I was very disappointed,” Alhassan told Hot FM.

“We don’t know the reason behind the club’s decision to terminate our contract. Since we moved to Ashanti Gold, I can boldly say we didn’t had any problem with someone during our stint at the club,” Alhassan added.
The Nuhu twins joined the former Premier League champions last season from New Edubaise and signed a two year deal. The twins played a combined 52 times last season for Ashanti Gold. Alhassan played 24 times whilst Fuseini featured 28 times.
