Kwesi Donsu dedicates goal to Agyemang Badu

The Medeama SC midfielder scored a stunner from free-kick to give his side an away league victory against Liberty Professionals at Dansoman.

The goal was the third Donsu has scored from the free-kick and he expressed his joy of propelling Medeama to secure all the three maximum points by dedicating the goal to Agyemang Badu, whom he has enjoyed a perfect relationship with.

“I dedicate the winning goal to Agyemang Badu for his kind gesture by giving me a pair of boots. I understand he is in the country,” he said in the post-match presser of their game against Liberty Professionals

Kwesi Donsu shot to fame in 2015 when he scored 6 goals to finish the MTN FA Cup as the top scorer as well as the best player of the competition.

Medeama, following their CAF Confederation Cup triumph over Mamelodi Sundowns have undergone renaissance in recent times, winning 3 of their past 4 games, moving to 6 on the log sheet, with yet another game in hand to clear against Techiman City.
