Asante Kotoko have parted ways with their assistant coach Michael Osei

Michael Osei, who was the assistant coach of the Porcupine Warriors last season was named as the acting coach of the 23 times champions of Ghana, after the sack of David Duncan land propelled the team to a 5th place finish.

He was expecting to be confirmed as head coach by the new management of the club headed by Dr. Kwame Kyei.

However, Zdravko Lugarusic was offered the job as the head coach and there were reports that Osei was disappointed with that decision.

The new Kotoko management have parted ways with Michael Osei according sources close to the coach.
