Dreams FC’s Director of Football handed 5-year ban

Ibrahim Dossey has banned from all football related issues for a five-year period

Dreams FC were kicked out of the Ghana Premier League on Wednesday over the wrong registration of Cudjoe Mensah/Daniel Gozar.

And Dossey, who signed the released letter of the above-mentioned player on behalf of his former club was also slapped with a five-five ban for his involvement in illegality.

It would be recalled that Tema Youth who filled a protest against Dreams FC for the use of Gozar were initially declared losers by the Disciplinary Committee (DC) and the Appeals Committee (AC), before they sent the matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) for redress.

CAS referred the matter back to the Ghana Football Association(GFA), instructed them to form a new Appeals Committee to sit on the matter and upon hearing they have overturned the earlier ruling by the DC and the old AC
