After the ruling many football pundits thought Dreams FC would contest the ruling, but they have rather decided to allow the matter to rest for the betterment of Ghana Football.

A press statement from the club reads:

"Consequently, notwithstanding the loss of financial resources by Dreams FC and the huge disappointment, it is the decision of the Board of Directors of our club and our legal team (as law abiding cooperate citizens, a model club and a member of the Ghana FA) that Dreams FC will put the interest of Ghana Football ahead of its own interest and accept the purported decision ..."

With this decision from Dreams FC, they will be replaced by Tema Youth in the upcoming Ghana Premier League set to kick off on Januray 21st.
