The attacking midfielder was one of the Miners star performers in the just ended Ghana Premier League, scoring five goals, three adrift of the club's leading goalscorer of the 2015/16 season, Dauda Mohammed.

However, the 2014/15 Premier League champions, wrote a letter to the youngster to look elsewhere for his next career after the end of the club.

According to the letter sighted by Pulse.com.gh, the report from the technical team directed the club not to renew his services, and the supporters are aggrieved at the decision.

Some accused management of keeping players they deemed were surplus to requirement for their selfish interest instead of keeping the key players who helped the course of their turbulent season.

The supporters are threatening demonstration against management headed by Kudjoe Fianoe, who they claim has killed the club.

The letter to Anthony Yerful acknowledged the fact they owe him seven thousand five hundred Ghana cedis, but they promised to pay the money by the end of December 2016.

However, the supporters demands that all the money is paid if they insist on letting go Yerful.

They are also unhappy about the fact that Kudjoe Fianoe is leading the negotiations for gambling company, Betway to take over from AngloGold Ashanti as investors. They reckon Mr. Fianoe is maneuvering to stay at the club despite resigning from his post earlier this year.

The supporters’ wing will meet on Thursday before forwarding their concerns to the Board of Directors.
