Abednego Tetteh apologises to Bechem United for utterances

The outspoken striker has rendered an unqualified apology to Bechem United for his utterances against the club.

The 27-year-old striker lashed out at the club for failing to fulfil promises to the playing body of the club and was reported to have added that the players were given GHC 10 after they won the MTN FA Cup last two months.

However, following a sober reflection, Tetteh has issued an apology for his comment and has pledged his commitment to the club.

"I write to officially apologise to the president, management and the entire team of Bechem United about comments I made concerning the club internal financial issues to the media,"the letter read

"I want to use this opportunity to pledge my commitment and continuous dedication to the club, management and the fans," he added.

Bechem United defeated Okwawu United to become the first team from the Brong Ahafo region to win the FA Cup.

Abednego Tetteh was very instrumental in the final, having a hand in the two goals scored by Bechem United and scored four in the entire campaign

He also scored 10 league goals for the Brong Ahafo outfit ,including a hat-trick against Accra Hearts of Oak.
