GFA vice president watches Barcelona demolish PSG at Camp Nou

George Afriyie was amongst the spectators at Camp Nou when Barcelona staged the greatest comeback in the history of the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.

Barcelona suffered a 0-4 first leg defeat in Paris, but recovered from the first leg defeat to win 6-1 and progressed to the quarters of the UEFA Champions League 6-5 on aggregate in what entered into the record books as the greatest comeback in the anal of the competition.

Luis Suarez started the scoring for Barcelona before Layvin Kurzawa's own goal made it 2-0 in favour of the hosts.

After the half time break Lionel Messi scored from the spot kick to put Barcelona 3-0 ahead, but Edinson Cavani's beauty reduced the deficit for PSG.

PSG afterwards should have got the equaliser, but Cavani and Di Maria wasted tthe opportunities that came their way.

And on the stroke of full time Neymar connected home a perfect freekick to revive the hopes of Barcelona and Neymar again found the back of the net from another spot kick after Marquinos fouled Suarez and was sent off as a result of that.

Before Sergi Roberto in the last minute of the five minutes of added time  electrified the stadium with the goal that broke the hearts of the Parisian to complete the greatest comeback in the history of the UEFA Champions League.

Barcelona per the outcome of the game have qualified for the quarter finals 6-5 on aggregate.
