Latif Blessing was on target as his side Swope Park Rangers took down OKC Energy FC 3-1 at Swope Soccer Village on Saturday night.
Kharlton Belmar, Latif Blessing and Daniel Salloi were all on the scoresheet for the Rangers.
The Rangers opened the game up in the second half. Latif Blessing opened up his Rangers’ account in the 62nd minute when Daniel Salloi crossed the ball in and Blessing put it home to give the Rangers the lead.
The former Liberty Professional marksman is on loan from MLS side Sporting Kansas City in the MLS to their affiliate Swope Park Rangers, who play in the second-tier league in the United States.
Latif Blessing scored 17 goals last season to win the Ghana Premier League top scorer and subsequently won the Most Valuable Player of the season.
