The owner and bankroller of Danbort Daniel Bortey Quaye in an interview with Happy FM said that referee Juliet Ofori was planted in their match against Dreams to frustrate them to enable the visitors carry the day and it worked as planned.

He added that despite a protest against the appointment of referee Juliet Appiah due to about two Dreams FC’s previous games she had officiated that went the way of the Kweiman based club, the Appointment Committee overlooked it and went ahead with her appointment

Based on the frustration from the Appointment Committee of the GFA, headed by Eddie Doku and the referee his club has withdrawn from the league and he has also quit football management in Ghana because it doesn’t worth it.
