Sports Minister should stop polluting Ghanaians with untruths

Kwesi Nyantakyi has cautioned the Sports Minister, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye to stop perpetuating lies about the GFA.

There appears to be tension between the Minister of Youth of Sports, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye and the Ghana Football Association (GFA), following the utterances of the former about the latter.

Although the GFA has responded to those criticisms through its communications directorate, the President of the FA has expressed his displeasure about the conduct of the Minister.

“I expect the minister to support our league instead of criticising it like a 'serial caller. I've heard the minister say the league isn't attractive but what are his suggestions,...I think he should stop polluting Ghanaians with untruths,” he stated.
