Hearts of Oak have not yet kick into gear, having drawn their first three games before picking up a first win of the season against Wa All Stars last week.
Aduana Stars on the hand are currently top of the league table after an impressive start to the season which has seen them win three and draw just once in their opening four games.
Both sides will come face-to-face over the weekend in what could prove to be a title decider at the end of the season.
And though J.E Sarpong admits Aduana Stars are currently the team to watch, he equally believes Hearts of Oak can challenge for the title if they can improve their own home form.
“I anticipate a good season for Hearts [of Oak], but there is need for them to win at home,” the veteran coach is quoted as saying by Sportscrusader.
“And if they are able to go and beat Aduana Stars in Dormaa, then I can say they are on course for the league title, even though its early days yet in the league.”
“Looking from where I sit so far in the league, Aduana Stars is the team to watch in the league.”
Aduana Stars are joint top of the table together with Asante Kotoko, and are four points ahead of Hearts of Oak who lie in 3rd place.
