GFA plans to shut government up with these 44 points

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has written to court to dismiss the injunction restraining the association from running football in the country.

Government of Ghana in response to Anas Aremeyaw Anas expose' that unraveled rots in Ghana football is bent on dissolving the GFA.

The Anas expose' caught prominent match and football officials, including former GFA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi receiving monies suspected to be bribes.

Government through the Attorney General petitioned received a ten day injunction to restrain the GFA from carrying out its normal duties.

The GFA, however, has written to court petitioning it to squash the injunction received by the Attorney General to allow football activities in Ghana to continue.

“WHEREFORE Respondent says that the petition has no merits and should be accordingly dismissed,” the statement read in part.
