Government of Ghana through the Ministry for Youth and Sports had a successful deliberation with a three member FIFA delegation to the country.
FIFA sent a three man delegation to Ghana to meet the government over row with the Ghana Football Association in its quest to bring reforms to the beautiful game.
Government of Ghana has been making attempts to dissolve the GFA after Anas expose’ unraveled several rots in football in the country.
FIFA was scheduled to meet the GFA and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, but it was reported the meeting had been postponed to a later date, because members of the GFA are currently ineligible to deal with football matters, due to an injunction on their activities.

However, the meeting came off between government and FIFA, without GFA members.
And according to the Ministry of Youth and Sports it was a fruitful deliberation.
The meeting was attended by Godfred Yeboah Dame, Samuel Abu Jinapor, Hon Isaac Asiamah, Frank Quist and Mustapha Hamid.
"Ghanaians will be made known as to what transpired in the meeting. At the appropriate time ,what ever happened in the meeting will be made known," Elvis Adjei Baah, the PRO for the Ministry for Sports told Happy FM on the late afternoon show, Wamputu Sports.
"Initially we wanted to postpone the meeting but since FIFA delegation were in the country, we have to show them the respect so we held the meeting. The notion that FIFA will ban Ghana is out of the question here. It won't happen .The meeting was held between FIFA and government. No GFA official was present in the meeting," he added.
