Top English Premier League clubs are monitoring Ghanaian player Andre Ayew for a possible transfer move in January

The former Olympique Marseille player has been a shining star for his Swansea City side who have gone from potentials to relegation strugglers.

Andre Ayew announced his presence in English top flight with a bang against Premier League Champions Chelsea at Stamford Bride. The sensational forward who has played on the wings, behind the main striker and as a false number 9 for the Swans has since bagged six goals with great energetic and inspirational performances.

Top Premier League clubs are monitoring developments with the Black Stars vice-captain as the January transfer window looms.

With Swansea City not involved in Europe, the Ghanaian player will be eligible to play in the UEFA Champions League.

Swansea City are looking to strengthen their squad too but would not want to have to do without Andre Ayew for the second half of the season. However, a huge transfer offer could mean funding for other players in January on a profit base as Andre Ayew was singed on a free transfer.

Andre Ayew turned down offers from Italy, Germany and France to join Wales club Swansea City in the English Premier League.
