One league title for a player is a successful season. Two league titles in one season, just wow. And that is how Ghana international
Black Stars player Daniel Amartey has won the Danish league in addition to the English Premier League title after FC Koebenhavn were crowned champions of Denmark.
Amartey started his 2015/2016 season with FC Koebenhavn in Denmark before joining English Premier League club Leicester City.
Claudio Ranieri’s Leicester City defied all odds to win the Premier League title by a convincing 10 points. Ghanaian player Amartey got the minimum number of games required for a medal.
The player then flew to Denmark to join his former teammates in their celebration of the Danish league title after topping with 71 points, nine points ahead of second placed SoenderjyskE.
Congratulations Daniel Amartey.
