Ghanaian defender delights in Premier League title and love for Manchester United
Daniel Amartey says he loves Manchester United and is delighted with his first English Premier League trophy.

The player who transferred to the Premier League in the January transfer window from FC Copenhagen won two league titles in one season as he got enough games for both clubs in England and Denmark.
Speaking to Starr FM on his Premier League title, Daniel Amartey said:
“I couldn’t believe we won the Premier League because just months of joining the EPL, I won a medal. I always watch the premier [Premier League] but I never knew I will be a champion. I think this was amazing for me and my family.”
The Black Stars player also revealed his love for Manchester United, saying he supports the Old Trafford club.
“I support Manchester United, I’ll be happy to play against them next season,” Amartey said.
Leicester City have started training ahead of their Premier League title defence. The 22-year-old Ghanaian is however yet to report for duty.
Daniel Amartey and Jeffrey Schlupp joined Michael Essien as the only Ghanaians to have won the English Premier League title.
