Cristiano Ronaldo's son scores on debut for Pozuelo youth side

The six-year-old’s career has got off to a good start as he channelled his dad’s goalscoring ability in Pozuelo’s 4-3 win over El Carrascal.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s genes are not to be wasted. The Portuguese superstar’s son has scored on his debut for Pozuelo’s youth side.

Cristianinho, as some media outlets are calling him despite the fact it’s a real mouthful, recently signed for the Spanish fourth tier after opting not to pursue joining Real Madrid’s youth academy.

Apparently Ronaldo senior doesn’t want to put unnecessary pressure on his son; something that is more likely if he played for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Let’s not get carried away though, he is only six after all.

Anyone who has seen the Ronaldo biopic or follows the man himself on social media will know he is a superbly dedicated and supportive father.
