Ghana defender Baba Rahman is set to make his debut for English side Chelsea in their UEFA Champions League clash with Maccabi Tel Aviv tonight. The Ghanaian comes in at left-back with Cesar Azpilicueta moving to the right

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has rung the changes for the tie at Stamford Bridge.

After a poor start to the Premier League season it is a number senior players who appear to have paid the price.

John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic, Nemanja Matic, John Terry and John Obi Mikel are all dropped, while Pedro is injured.

Ghana international Baba Rahman and Ruben Loftus-Cheek comes in to the side and Loic Remy is handed a rare start up fronte.
