Black Stars move two places up in latest FIFA ranking

The Black Stars have moved up in the world in the latest FIFA ranking

 

Ghana has moved two places up on the latest FIFA ranking released on Thursday ahead of the Black Stars friendlies against Peru on October 9 and Canada on October 13.

Avram Grant’s side jumped from the 27th to the 25th position on the world ranking table. The Black Stars are still rated as the third best African side behind Algeria and Cote d’ Ivoire.

Ghana continues to lie on the third position after Algeria and Cote D’Ivoire who occupy the first and second positions respectively.

Argentina and Germany have also maintained the first and second positions whiles Belgium and Portugal rest on the third and fourth positions respectively.
