Fenerbahce's unbeaten run in the Euroleague Top 16 was put under severe pressure on Friday as Anadolu Efes came within 10 minutes of a memorable victory.

Leading into the final quarter, Anadolu could not stop Fener's late surge with Melih Mahmutoglu the hero as he took his tally to the match to 14 with a late three-pointer - completing a 77-73 win.

Fener outscored their city rivals by 22-16 in the final 10 minutes in Istanbul to claim a sixth straight victory– the only team to do so this season – and remain top of Group E.

Friday's other matches all involved teams from Group F, and Nando de Colo continued his impressive scoring streak to keep CSKA Moscow on course for a play-off place against Zalgiris.

The guard hit 19 points in their 94-59 win, taking him to 86 for the competition at an average of 26.28 per game.

Victory was CSKA's fourth in the Top 16, while Zalgiris slumped to a fifth defeat in six matches and their 16th defeat in a row against CSKA.

Olympiacos inflicted a rare defeat on Khimki with a stunning second half performance that saw the Greek side score 51 points, setting up an 89-77 triumph.

Georgios Printezis was Olympiacos' star man with 30 points to his name as they charged back into the match, ending Khimki's three-game winning run in abrupt fashion.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid found themselves dumped out of the top four in Group F as Laboral Kutxa backed up their victory over Barcelona with another win.
