No transfer bid from West Ham United for Black Stars vice-captain

Andre Ayew is an important part of Swansea City's plans and the club will not entertain any transfer bids for the Ghanaian.

The former Olympique Marseille player joined the English Premier League club at the start of last season and went on to make his mark impressing in his first season. Ayew ended his first season at Swansea City as the club’s top scorer.

Reports earlier this week suggested West Ham United who were interested the Black Stars player in January have submitted another bid in the current transfer window.

White continues to say no transfer bid has been made by West Ham United or any other club for Andre Ayew.

Jim White tweeted:

“Understand NO bid from West Ham or anyone else for Andre Ayew – a @SwansOfficial source says he’s an important part of their plans”

Andre Ayew has continued where he left off last season. The player has scored twice for Swansea City in their pre-season games.
