Latif Blessing: Big privilege to be part of the Black Stars

The Ghana Premier League best player says, it is a great honour to be with the Black Stars as they prepare for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.

The Liberty Professionals whizkid bagged 17 goals in the Ghanaian topflight league and subsequently won the Ghana Premier league Most Valuable Player last season to merit an invitation to train with the Black Stars at the St Thomas Aquinas Senior High School Park.

The Liberty Professionals talisman feels his Black Stars call-up is a dream that has come true

"A big privilege to be in the team, I have been praying for this and I thank God for this,” he spoke to the media after Thursday’s training session".

“I have been working very hard for this opportunity, and thanks to God I have been able to realize the dream, is now up to me to justify myself in the team.”

Blessing is looking forward to be named in Avram Grant's provisional squad to start the official preparation for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
