Linda Eshun emerged as Ghana’s best defender and scored her first ever international goal in Ghana’s 3-1 win over Mali.

Runners-up and hosts Cameroon dominate the list four players while winner Nigeria had three players.
Ghana beat South Africa, who had two players selected, 1-0 on Friday to win bronze.
