Lambusie Karni community in Upper West boycott election

Residents in the community did not vote because they hated the name of their constituency

A small community in the Lambusie Karni constituency in the Upper West boycotted this year's election to prove to the NDC that they cannot be taken for granted.

The reason for the boycott is because they hate the name of of their constituecy.

Reports indicate that out of the over 500 registered voters in the community not a single one of them voted.

This is one of the strongest protest yet in the region where a community true to its words carried out a threat not to vote.
