A former Member of Parliament, Akosua Frema Osei Opare has been tipped to be appointed as the first female presidential Chief of Staff,

A former lecturer and Head of the Department of Home Science at the University of Ghana, Mrs Osei-Opare has also served as the Country Director of Action Aid Ghana.
She is currently serving as a member of the transition team as the head of the staff of the office of the president-elect.

Meanwhile, Nana Addo said Dr Afriyie Akoto is likely to be named the Agriculture Minister.
He has also dropped hints he will appoint renowned Cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Kwabena Frimpong Boateng as Environment, Science and Technology minister.
