The New Patriotic Party has often explained that they were delaying because they did not want the NDC to copy portions of their campaign document into their manifesto.

But NDC’s general secretary has said the NDC is not scared about its opponents stealing ideas from its manifesto.

In the December polls, President John Mahama will be leading the NDC while Nana Akufo Addo leads the NPP. The NDC is aiming at winning a second term as the governing party.
