Amadu Sorogho loses Madina seat

The Member of Parliament for Madina-Abokobi, Amadu Sorogho has lost his seat to the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Parliamentary candidate, Boniface Abubakar Saddique.

Hon. Sorogho who has been in Parliament since 2005, was defeated by Boniface Abubakar Saddique who served as the Minister of Water Resources Works and Housing under the former president Kufour's administration according to provisional results.
