Election 2016 Adopt an all-inclusive gov't - Ayariga advises Nana Addo

In his congratulatory message to Mr Akufo-Addo after his victory in the December 7 elections, Mr Ayariga stated: “I admonish Nana Addo to be a president for all Ghanaians and do away with partisanship."

The founder of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga, has urged President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo to run an all inclusive government based on competence and not on party affiliation.

In his congratulatory message to Mr Akufo-Addo after his victory in the December 7 elections, Mr Ayariga stated: “I admonish Nana Addo to be a president for all Ghanaians and do away with partisanship and adopt the all-inclusive governance system which I believe will help build and develop Ghana much better.”

Nana Addo polled 5, 716,026 million votes representing 53.85 % to beat the incumbent president John Dramani Mahama who had 4, 713,277 million votes representing 44.40 % after the December 7 polls.

DR HASSAN AYARIGA FOUNDER/LEADER OF ALL PEOPLE'S CONGRESS (APC) CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO PRESIDENT ELECT NANA ADDO DANKWA AKUFO ADDO.

I, Dr Hassan Ayariga, founder/leader of the All People's Congress (APC) congratulate president elect Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo of the Republic of Ghana. 

Your victory, with a large majority, has democratically been decided by the good people of Ghana.

Once again, I take this opportunity to congratulate you on your well-deserved success.

You must be highly content with this post as you have undoubtedly worked very hard towards your success of achieving the high office of president.

I hope you easily fulfil all your promises and shine brightly in the future. Wishing you all the best for your noble future endeavours.

I congratulate Ghana as a whole for a peaceful and successful election.

Undoubtedly, Ghana has once again demonstrated and proven to the whole world that we are the beacon of democracy in Africa.

Unto our outgoing president of the Republic of Ghana, President John Dramani Mahama. I applaud him for enhancing a peaceful and successful democracy by conceding defeat to Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the president-elect.

I admonish Nana Addo to be a president for all Ghanaians and do away with partisanship and adopt the all-inclusive governance system which I believe will help build and develop Ghana much better.
