Scores of Ghanaians have been left stranded at the various bus terminals in their bid to travel to their various constituencies to cast their ballot.

Checks by Pulse.com.gh at various bus terminals in Accra indicate that several of the buses apparently have been hired by the political parties for political purposes.

Some drivers who spoke with Pulse Ghana’s George Saliah at the VIP Bus terminal say there are currently no buses available for the Accra-Kumasi route.

A similar situation has occurred at the Intercity STC Bus Terminal, where the maintenance officer explains that 70% of their buses have been hired by the government.

There is currently no clear schedule of buses for the Accra-Kumasi route, as many of them have been booked.
