“On the key matter which was still outstanding, Mr. Speaker, the sudden transition that affected our own colleague Dr. Kwabena Donkor and because of the affliction this nation is experiencing, wouldn’t it be prudent to have a substituted minister of Power?” he quizzed.

The Deputy Majority Leader, Alfred Agbesi, responded to the Minority Leader's call by asking him to 'mind his own business.'

“He has raised a good point but what I want to tell him is that, there is a popular saying that ‘di wo fie asem’ [mind your own business].”

The Finance Minister, Seth Terkper has been given oversight responsibility of the power ministery.
