Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah commits himself to a Nana Addo presidency in 2016

The ace journalist on Saturday polled an overwhelming 218 votes to beat his closest contender John Obiri Yeboah who polled 114, while Bright Asamoah Acquah managed a paltry 58.

Parliamentary candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ofoase-Ayirebi Constituency of the Eastern Region, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, says he is committed to ensuring victory for the party’s presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo in the 2016 elections.

“Our common objective as true patriots should be to improve our party’s fortunes in December 2016 and thereby take Nana Akuffo Addo to the Flagstaff house.

“This is the task to which I commit myself and the task I believe we can fulfill working together,” he said in a statement released on Sunday.
