A 37 year old man, Kwabena Owusu is in the grip of the Nsawam police for posing as a woman to sell fake insecticide.
The suspect was arrested by market women and men at the Nsawam market who took him straight to the Nsawam police station.
According to the Nsawam police the suspect covers his head with a female wig and wears skirt, blouse and women's shoes to tell his products called Magic Scent insecticide.
During investigations, the suspect who is originally from Bekwai in the Ashanti region confessed to grinding broom and cow dung to make the Magic Scent insecticide.
He has been charged with defrauding by false pretences and carrying out noxious trade
The police are yet to send the substance to the forensic crime laboratory for testing.
