Third Atta Mills memorial lectures set for July 21

The third Atta Mills Memorial Lecturers, instituted in the memory of Ghana's Ex Late President John Evans Atta Mills, is set for Tuesday, July 21.

Former governor of Ekiti State in Nigeria is expected to grace the 3rd Atta Mills Memorial Lectures which will be held in Accra July 21.

A statement issued in Accra Monday said there will be no wreath laying ceremony on Friday, July 24th, 2015.

However, the Asomdwee Park will be open to the public on that day.

Under the Auspices of, The John Evans Atta Mills Center For Law And Governance (GIMPA), and The John Evans Atta Mills Memorial Library (University of Cape Coast), the 3rd in the series of the Atta Mills Memorial Lecture comes off on Tuesday, July 21, 2015.

Theme: Role of Intellectuals in African Politics and Governance

Guest Speaker: Dr. Kayode Fayemi (Former Governor, Ekiti State, Nigeria)Venue: GB Auditorium (GIMPA)Time: 3.00 pm Prompt.
