We arranged to give lady GHC 2000 every month – Gyan’s lawyer

Ms. Kwabla is seeking some 1,000 dollars every month as care for her pregnancy – an amount Lawyer Adjarbeng describes as irrational.

Asamoah Gyan

Kisi Adjarbeng, lawyer for Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan, who is being accused of impregnating a 22-year-old lady, says the lady at the centre of the controversy, Sarah Kwabla sought to extort monies from his client which he, the counsel, objected.

“I arranged to give an initial amount of GHC 2,000 to her as maintenance every month, and it was even done on humanitarian reasons. How much does it cost for an antenatal in Ghana?” he wondered.

Adding: "You can’t keep on making such demands. We even booked her for a DNA test, and she never appeared to do it, on the appointment day.”

Ms. Kwabla is threatening to expose the Dubai-based Ghanaian footballer for what she said is an existing sex tape between the two.
