Prof. Adei’s comments did not however sit down well with some members of parliament who indicated that the professor had overstepped his boundaries and render an unqualified apology.

However, reacting to the threats by the MPs, Professor Adei said he is ready to face the committee anytime he is invited.“I have also heard what they are saying on radio just like everyone else. So we have to await for their move then we will respond accordingly. I am told they are taking me to their court, so when we get there, it will be telecast live so you will hear,” he told Accra-based Starr Fm.
Meanwhile, Majority Leader of Parliament, Alban Bagbin has also called for the head of Prof. Adei.
According to Alban Bagbin, inviting the professor to the House will help unravel the truth behind the bribery allegations he made against the MPs.
