British Council shuts down over dumsor

The British Council office in Accra has closed down as a result of the power crisis the country is experiencing.

 

The British Council offices near in Accra has closed its offices due to the power crisis facing the country.

According to a statement posted on its Facebook, “We are closed to all general enquiries due to power loss. However, if you have a pre-arranged examination please come to the British Council."

"Any inconvenience is deeply regretted.”

The Council which has operated in Ghana since 1943 is the UK's organisation for educational opportunities and cultural relations.
