Policy think thank, IMANI Ghana has scored the overall performance of President John Mahama's administration 47% for the past two and half years.
According to a report by IMANI Ghana, this was tagged satisfactory with more room for improvement.
IMANI Ghana scored government 65.7 per cent in the educational sector.
The government scored 36.4% under economy after a “satisfactory score in the promises at the cocoa sector, promises under the rural enterprise programme” among others and scored government 43.30% in governance.
According Maud Martey of IMANI Ghana, only one out of the 200 community day secondary schools promised by the NDC government has been completed.
The report also disclosed that 50 are under construction while 50 have been awarded to contractors.
The report scored social policy 43 and 49 respectively. Infrastructure scored 51.36 per cent.
The assessment is to help the masses “make more informed political choices” come the next general elections.
