We will remain faithful to our pledge - Bawumia

This comes as the Akufo-Addo administration marks its first-year anniversary of the December 7 elections which brought the New Patriotic Party to power.

The vice president, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has said that he and President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo are grateful to Ghanaians for giving them the opportunity to serve.

In a post on Facebook, Dr Bawumia said that the Akufo-Addo government is committed to fulfilling the pledge it made to Ghanaians during the 2016 election campaign.

“A year ago today, we lined up in our millions, unmindful of the Sun and rain, and took the decision to effect a change in our national fortunes.
